  • No sales of any kind are allowed on the premises.

  • By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you are aware of, understand, and will abide by these rules.

Behavior

  • For all first-time dog park users, your dog must pass a behavior assessment. Behavior assessments are performed by our trainer, Cheryl Corbett, and are by appointment only. Register online at fetchclubcincy.com.

  • Do not allow your dog to approach other dogs unless you know they are friendly. Dogs wearing yellow scarves dislike having other dogs approach them. Please give these dogs the space they need to be comfortable.

  • Water is the only beverage allowed outside of the cafe area. No glass containers on property.

  • No food or dog treats in the dog park area. Food and drinks (other than water) are only allowed in designated areas.

  • Dogs who bark excessively must leave the park. We understand that some dogs play in this manner, but for an indoor space, it can create anxiety for other pups.

  • Please clean up after your dogs. Waste dispensers, cleaning products and hand sanitizer are provided.

  • Mistreatment of dogs will not be tolerated. Any behavior deemed as mistreatment will result in termination of membership.

    • If a staff member observes inappropriate behavior or disregard for these rules, by either humans, or dogs, you will be asked to vacate the premises. No refund will be given, and membership may be revoked.

    • You are responsible for your dog’s behavior and the safety of you and your dog.

    Temperament Assessment

Every dog must pass a temperament assessment with our certified trainer and are by appointment only. The purpose of the temperament assessments are to evaluate a dog’s response to different situations and environmental changes and help ensure the safety of all of our 2-legged and 4-legged friends.

What if my dog doesn’t pass the behavior assessment?

No problem, you can always test again at a later date! The purpose of the behavior assessments are to evaluate a dog’s innate character. If your dog is unable to pass after the second try, our staff will provide consultation on training techniques as well as class options to help guide your canine best friend in the right direction
